PTP FABRIC COVID-19 DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Hello Customer
Today, with regret, we are announcing that PTP Fabric orders made during the Hanging Thread and Rogue Stitching XMAS IN JULY SALE are being affected by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Picture This Plus's general production and order delivery to shops worldwide has increased to more that 22 weeks. (Our shop has seen an average of 23 weeks).
At this time, we do not have an estimated time of completion. However, we believe that Picture This Plus is currently doing everything they can to complete all orders in a timely manner.
Because of world supply disruption in both fabrics and dyes, a number of colors and fabric types and counts have been discontinued. Over the next few weeks, Rogue Stitching and Hanging Thread will be contacting the remaining customers whose orders are affected. The fabrics that have been discontinued by Picture This Plus are Edinburgh 36ct Crystal and New Castle 40ct Crystal.
Although, a few popular dyes have been discontinued, only a handful of fabric color choices have been removed from the Rogue Stitching and Hanging Thread websites. The few customers that had these colors will be contacted over the next week.
Getting Out Partial Deliveries
We at Rogue Stitching and Hanging Thread have been working hard to get out as much of everyone's orders as we can. Rogue Stitching orders from Xmas in July that contain our other fabric companies will be completed soon. We have been in contact with all of our fabric companies and we should be completing and mailing out orders in the next few weeks. Most of the delay was with a shortage of Lugana 28 and 28/32 Linen. Our partners are currently working to complete these orders and will be shipping to us ASAP.
